Five Reasons To Buy A Mobile Phone
|
1.Wireless Technology
New phones by top manufactures and service providers like Sony/Ericsson, Motorola, LG, Nokia come equipped with wireless connectivity. What does that mean for you? That means your Palm Treo, Razr or T-Mobile Sidekick can connect you to the Internet for email checking and web browsing. This is of crucial importance to people who work in communications or who regularly depend on news and information for their job.
2.You Can't Beat Free Phones For Sale
The worst part about getting a new toy is of course paying for it. With a mobile phone you might not have to. Many companies such as Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile or Cingular will give you a free phone when you sign up for long-term service plans. (Cell phones without plans are also sold, but usually overpriced) And these free phones are not cheap. Believe it or not, some of these phones have Internet connectivity, voice recognition and built in digital cameras!
3.Don't Be A Smart Phone
Smart phones are smart-you might even say they're wiseguys. They do so much more than regular "cell phones" are supposed to do. This is partially because many smart phones are actually PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) with mobile phone features. The good thing about Smart Phones is that they work similarly to PCs; you can install software on them from manufacturers, service providers and even third parties. In the last 20 years, nobody's ever accused a personal computer of being pointless.
4.GPS Technology
Imagine being anywhere, from Texas to Canada, and being able to find a map of your current location. That's something you might have figured was only possible in games or simulations. But now it's for real. GPS technology allows you to map a location through wireless technology.
5.Obviously...you can talk anywhere!
Cell phones don't have to be just for chitchat; usually they are emergency contact tools. This is why there are cell phones for soldiers, cell phones in school and people talking on cell phones almost everywhere you look. (Life's full of emergencies) Read the cell phone reviews-there's one out there just for your needs.
